Purpose of data processing

We process and use your data during your visit for the purpose of information security. This applies to data that is collected, processed and used during your visit.

Areas under video surveillance are specially labelled to draw your attention to the possibility of video recording. However, please always be aware that the buildings and properties of Senior Flexonics GmbH are under video surveillance and that it is therefore possible that images of you may be recorded. The collection, processing and use of your data by video surveillance equipment is carried out in defence against threats that have already occurred or an increased potential threat to the property and/or intellectual property of Senior Flexonics GmbH.

Data processing in the context of your visit constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Categories of recipients

As part of the provision of the service, we use service companies that are separately bound to confidentiality and data protection for special areas where access to personal data cannot be ruled out. These categories of recipients are IT service companies, service companies for data destruction and security and locking services. Data will only be passed on to authorities if overriding legal provisions apply. Data is not transferred to third countries.

Duration of storage and deletion of data

Your data will be stored for the duration of the processing within the scope of your visit and deleted after the purpose has ceased to exist; if there are legal requirements, the data will be stored until the end of these regulations and then deleted.

Your data that is recorded as part of video surveillance is generally deleted after 72 hours. The data will only be stored for longer if the recordings are still required to clarify or prove a specific incident. In this case, the data will be blocked and deleted immediately after the clarification measures have been completed or after the requirement for proof no longer applies.

Your right to information, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability

You can exercise your right to information, correction and deletion of data at any time. Simply contact us in the ways described above. If you wish your data to be deleted but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted. The same applies in the event of an objection. You can exercise your right to data portability insofar as the technical possibilities are available to the recipient and to us.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.

Without correct information from you, a visit to our company is not possible.
